New Account Set-up - for New Customers

Please download the New Account Application (PDF), fill it out, and fax or mail it to our office. Once your account has been established, you will be notified of general terms. If you are requesting your account be Prepaid or C.O.D. you must complete the application but no references will be required. All new account applications must be signed and dated prior to submitting. If not, this will cause a delay.

Please place your order by using the online order form below or download the Download Purchase Order Form (PDF), fill it out and mail or fax to our office for processing.

For all local customers wanting to pick up please call prior to picking up to ensure the alloted time needed to prepare your order for pick up.

All orders are shipped the same day provided the purchase order is received no later than 3:30 p.m.
